Mission:
To generate technical manpower with excellent character. 2006 was the year when
VPMP college came into existence and its way towards a long and a glorious
journey. What then was a modest beginning as a small private polytechinc
college, it has now catapulted itself as Gujarat's premier technical institute.
And behind this achievement lies the missionary zeal of teachers and management
who have, over the years, given a yeoman service in the field of education. The
institute has turned into a benchmark for further to emulate. With a
scientifically planned methodology combined with the best in the teaching
profession and state of the art infrastructure, the quality of the deploma
engineering graduates over the years has been almost unparalleled in the region.
The picturesque landscape is absolutely breathtaking. The college is situated on
a enveloped in a green surrounding. With a sprawling campus of about ten acres.
The institution also has the privilege of having Late Shri Chaggan Bha portrait
in its campus. What makes the campus perfectly suited is its location. It is
situated away from the hectic life of the city, yet isn't all that far from the
urban life. Plus, the environment is serene and pollution free which brings
absolute tranquility to its student which is best suited for study purposes.
Campus & Location
The College has well equipped laboratories for experimentation and research
work. The computer centre for instance has in its repertoire several PCs with
Pentium technology, 65 terminals of LAN and Unix facility to work, plus internet
and E-mail access. Other labs too are very well equipped, with the latest
equipment and machinery available.
Excellent hostel facilities accommodating about four hundred & fifty students
including eighty girl students, are also available on the campus. The campus has
been converted from a barren hillock into a green area and is continuously
increasing its green cover, rich in natural flora and fauna provides an
attraction for bird watchers. A T.V. room, a reading room, Gymnasium and number
of indoor games. A part time visiting doctor attends the hostel to offer medical

GAndhinagar is located at western region of India, is the capital of Gujarat. It
can be easily reached by road, rail, and air. The college is about 1.5
Kilometers from Railway station and about 20 Kilometers from airport.
Gandhinagar is famous for trees, greenery, gardens and hospitality. It is
